Red Cap Cares is our commitment to giving back, supporting our neighbors, and recognizing the individuals who truly represent the heart of our community. 

Who Can Be Nominated? 

This award is open to healthcare professionals serving our local community, including but not limited to: 

  • Nurses, physicians, and physician assistants
  • EMTs, paramedics, and first responders 
  • Home health, hospice, and long-term care professionals 
  • Medical technicians and support staff 
  • Mental and behavioral health professionals 
  • Healthcare workers making a difference behind the scenes 

About the Award

Each Red Cap Heart of the Community Award recipient will receive: 

  • A Heart of the Community Award trophy 
  • Recognition on Red Cap’s website and social media channels 
  • A featured story highlighting their impact and service 
  • A small token of appreciation as our way of saying thank you
