We guarantee that when properly designed systems are installed, maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance manuals, the system will perform as we have stated and agreed upon. If the desired comfort is not achieved, we will make any modifications or repairs necessary to reach the desired temperature at no charge to you for a period of five (5) years. This is limited to our recommendations and/or agreement and must fall within the scope of work initially agreed upon.
Our installation technicians are the skill, attitude, and workmanship. They’ll care for your home and complete the job with speed and precision. They wear floor savers, clean up when they are finished and take personal responsibility for your satisfaction. They will not smoke or swear in your home and they are polite and courteous. If, when they have finished in your home, they have not performed in accordance with these high standards, we’ll refund up to $500 of the purchase price you feel to be fair.
If the Compressor in your Air Conditioner fails twice during the first five years of ownership, or the heat exchanger in your Furnace cracks during the first ten years of ownership, we will remove the entire unit, rather than the component, and install a completely new one. If you’ve bought a “lemon” before, you truly appreciate our commitment to your long-term satisfaction.
Unlike most HVAC companies, we have a service company. We have a staff of qualified service technicians that are there to serve you in the unlikely event that your system has a problem. So our guarantee to you is that when we arrive, we guarantee you that we will have your system up and running within 24 hours of our arrival or we will put you up in the local Embassy Suites until the unit is fixed.
Anyone can make something cheaper by cutting corners and pricing it for less. So it’s important to know what is and is not included in any heating and cooling system you choose for your home. Our Lowest Price Guarantee is our promise to you that you cannot find a comparable installation for less… or we’ll pay you a $50 bonus over the difference. All we ask is that it be a published “apples-to-apples comparison.”
We agree to accept full responsibility for your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your equipment for the first 2 years of operation (5 years for 360 members) and we are unable to correct the system problem, we will remove the system within 30 days of your request, and refund you 100% of the agreement price. We want you to be happy and we guarantee it!
In the contracting/construction business change orders are very common. The client agrees to one price, only to have it increased when the installation crew arrives and starts the process. We guarantee, unless stated in writing on the agreement, there will be no change orders to the project and scope of work agreed upon.
