If the compressor in your air conditioner or heat pump fails more than once within five (5) years after installation, we won’t replace the compressor. Instead, we will install a brand-new condensing unit and also give you a new five (5) year “No Lemon” guarantee.
If the heat exchanger in your furnace fails for any reason within ten (10) years after installation, we won’t replace the defective heat exchanger. We will install a brand-new furnace and also give you a new ten (10) year “No Lemon” guarantee.
We protect you from getting “stuck” with a “lemon” unit!
Companies may “claim” they will do a good job for you. If they really mean it, then they should also be willing to guarantee your satisfaction in writing to protect you, your home, and your financial investment.
This is our written promise that you will be satisfied with the new system(s) we have installed in your home. If, for any reason or at any time within two (2) full years of your installation, you are not satisfied with your new system(s), just let us know.
If we can’t make it right, then we will remove the system and cheerfully return 100% of your financial investment!

If your new comfort system breaks down and leaves you without heating or cooling at any time during the first two (2) years, we will arrange for you to stay in a hotel free of charge if we do not restore your comfort within 24 hours of your call.
